$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install bibledit-xiphos 

bibledit-xiphos is installed in your system.

Make ensure the bibledit-xiphos package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bibledit-xiphos *

You will get with bibledit-xiphos package name, version, architecture and description in a table

bibledit-xiphos package basic information:
